Delivery Information

All our goods are delivered by either Royal Mail or Parcel Force; Monday - Friday (excl Bank Holidays).

Our Standard Tracked Shipping: This is a tracked service with Royal Mail, we aim to pick, pack and dispatch most orders received before 11am on the same day using Royal Mail, therefore you should allow two to three working days for delivery from dispatch

Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked:  We aim to pick, pack and dispatch most orders received before 11am on the same day using Royal Mail, therefore you should allow one to two working days for delivery from dispatch.

Pattern Delivery

Dispatched by Royal mail First Class post we aim to pick, pack and dispatch most orders received before 2pm on the same day using Royal Mail, therefore you should allow two to three working days for delivery.

Parcel Force Next working day Delivery: We aim to pick, pack and dispatch most orders received before 1pm on the same day using Parcel Force. Deliveries will require a signature. Please note this service is only available on the mainland Uk.

For our FREE Standard Shipping service over the value of £30, We aim to pick, pack and dispatch most orders received before 2pm on the same day using Royal Mail, therefore you should allow two to three working days for delivery.

Please be advised Royal Mail do advise to allow 10 working days for delivery during peak times such as Christmas (this is a time limit imposed by Royal Mail, not ourselves).

*At present post codes that begin AB, HS, IV, KW, PA and ZE are classed as Scottish Highlands, and we are unable to offer Next Day delivery to those areas.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Please note a signature may be required when we deliver your order.

 

All orders are subject to stock availability; we will notify you asap if your item is out of stock.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders by the next working day, you will receive a dispatch note letting you know your order is on its way. During extremely busy periods, it may take an extra day or two to dispatch your order.
