Should any goods you receive from Knitting Magic prove to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund; whichever you prefer. Before returning faulty goods to us, please contact us so we can organise to cover the cost of returning the faulty items.
If you decide to return any goods which are not faulty, please ensure you return them to us within 28 days. We will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, Items should be unused, in a saleable condition and with their original packaging. We will not be able to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
You have the right to cancel your order any time up to and including 14 days after delivery.
We aim to dispatch your order the same day if orders are received before 1pm, please note that this will limit the time you must cancel your order before the goods are dispatched. If goods have been dispatched, you may return unwanted items at your own expense - a refund will only be provided for the value of the goods purchased.
We cannot be liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit, therefore please ensure you use a recorded delivery service and insure the items for their value. A returns slip is enclosed with your parcel to be completed when returning products.
Items should be unused, in a saleable condition and with their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving your return and will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that all patterns are non-refundable.
